Which is the better Chardonnay?? Is it the Yellow Tail or this Simi??
I have not tasted the Yellow Tail Chard yet. Simi makes several different Chards and I think Yellow tail also does. The main difference between Austrailian chard and California is the heavy oak used in California chards. I look for the Yellow Tail and try it soon. Thanks for the comment.
