Cabana Cachaça Double Distilled Cachaça

The nosing passes find smells of concrete, sand, minerals, slate, granite and grass. The palate entry is pleasantly grassy and keenly vegetal; the midpalate is oily, full-bodied and very, very minerally. Ends up zesty, intensely grassy (as it should be) and long in the throat. A very smooth cachaça.
