I love a big powerfull cab, but sometimes I like it alittle less bold. This cab is soft, smooth and silky in texture and savory in flavor, this Central Coast Cab tastes of sweet cherries, cassis, mocha and licorice. The oak bomb turns up on the finish. Forward enough to drink now or save for a couple of years.
