Shiraz Barossa Shotfire Ridge 05
Polished, focused and gorgeously balanced to display it's raspberry, cherry and red plum notes in impressive harmony, the flavors lingering against a touch of oak and refined tannins on a long finish. I got this at Sam's fine wine in Chicago, drink now through 2015.
